The ideal candidate will support organizational learning initiatives, contribute to training programs, and help design frameworks that empower emerging leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and execution of leadership development programs

• Support organizational change and succession planning initiatives

• Collaborate with department leads to identify talent development needs

• Analyze training effectiveness and recommend areas for improvement

• Facilitate workshops, group coaching sessions, and training modules

• Provide regular reports and updates on development program outcomes

• Ensure learning solutions are aligned with company goals and culture

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in leadership training, talent development, or a similar role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• High level of initiative, organization, and attention to detail

• Familiarity with performance management and leadership frameworks is a plus
