Inside the Role
Support and develop the Aftermarket (AM) Supply Chain group in their lean journey towards digital transformation to include data driven lean leadership and performance. This role will handle a wide range of business challenges focused on the digital backbone and to drive change using data driven decision making. Focus areas for this role are Aftermarket forecasting, inventory performance and management and material planningWe Take Care of Our Team
Position offers a starting salary range of $98,500 - $126,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive
- Advise and influence management and employees on all aspects of digital/data lean management and leadership in the supply chain.
- Encourage and facilitate a culture of digital/data lean mindsets and behaviors that delivers high performance and sustained supply chain results.
- Drive transformational digital/data activities within the focus areas of forecasting (Central Planning), inventory management and material planning.
- Capture and make available key Supply Chain data, summarize results with proper recommendations.
- Act as a technical bridge and project liaison between the business, 3rd party implementation partners, software providers, and internal DTNA IT teams.
- Develop continuous improvement strategies around data that align with and supports organizational goals.
- Digital/Data Continuous Improvement efforts including workshops and onsite support.
- Coach and engage management and employees in using data driven decision making methods.
- Prepare communication and presentations for upper management.
Basic Required Skills & Experience
- BS/BA Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required.
- Knowledge and applied experience in: AQT, SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, Excel.
- Ability to effectively network, build relationships, and communicate across departments and regions are required.
- Advanced MS office skills required.
- Willingness to challenge management and processes to drive improvements within the organization.
- Understanding of forecasting, material planning and inventory management principals.
Basic Preferred Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of TOS principles as well as CI methods using lean tools such as Visual Management, 5S, Structured problem.
- Solving, Lean Leadership, Project Management knowledge, workshop facilitation.
- Experience preparing and presenting information to large groups and senior management.
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional alignment and influence both out and up.
- Experience leading and coaching others in identifying root cause of complex problems while implementing proper counter measures.
- Willingness to travel.
