Overview

• Provide support in purchasing, parts and inventory management

Responsibilities

• Drive a world-class safety and quality culture
• Inventory Maintenance including:
  • Count and sort merchandise by product number and description
  • Stor merchandise on shelved according to identifying information
  • Determine methods of storage and stock location and categorize accordingly
  • Move and transport materials or supplies
• Complete bi-annual inventory count of on-site and off-site warehouse
• Set up suppliers in purchasing system
• Prepare and edit purchase orders; send copies to suppliers and ordering departments
• Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient
• Place orders with suppliers and vendors ensuring documentation is in order with clear terms
• Interact with suppliers in case of delay in deliveries or receipt of incorrect/damanged goods
• Approve payment of invoices
• Run top-level analysis- dollars spent- consumption
• Identify ways to reduce costs for the company by reaserching different vendors

• Ability to follow established process in a fast-paced team environment, while managing multiple priorities and taks at once
• Detail oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• Works well in a team environment
• Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
• Proficient computer skills

• Associates degree
