  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to design and deploy automated journeys, segmentation logic, and personalization tactics in Iterable.

  • Build, test, and optimize campaign templates, journeys, and triggers that support key fan touchpoints—from first ticket purchase to season renewal.

  • Collaborate with club marketing teams to align messaging and creative with national campaigns while maintaining each club’s local voice and brand.

  • Manage campaign calendars, performance reporting, and ongoing optimization of fan engagement programs.

  • Partner with the Marketing Data Engineer to ensure segmentation and campaign analytics are accurate, actionable, and properly visualized.

  • Contribute to audience strategy, ensuring data hygiene, tagging, and governance best practices are maintained across all club instances.

  • Provide creative and strategic guidance on copy, design, and messaging cadence to drive engagement and conversion.

  • Support cross-channel coordination with paid media, web, and social efforts to ensure fans receive cohesive experiences.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years in lifecycle or digital marketing, preferably within sports, entertainment, or consumer-facing industries.

  • Hands-on experience building campaigns and automations in Iterable (or similar platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Klaviyo).

  • Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance optimization.

  • Exceptional writing and content development skills with a keen eye for audience tone and brand consistency.

  • Comfort working in both strategic and executional capacities—balancing planning, copywriting, and in-platform work.

  • Collaborative and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating exceptional fan experiences.
