Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Lead on the project, you will:

  • Design, deploy, and optimize secure, scalable LAN/WAN/VPN architectures that meet applicable government-approved standards and support both garrison and forward/deployed users.
  • Engineer and administer network segmentation and routing across enterprise environments, configuring and tuning TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and MPLS to ensure resilient connectivity.
  • Integrate and sustain collaboration platforms (e.g., content management, chat/meetings, web conferencing, and video teleconferencing systems) in alignment with organizational and Department-level requirements.
  • Plan and execute event-based network deployments, including pre-event connectivity validation, rapid issue isolation/restoration, and dependable support for mission-critical briefings and communications.
  • Monitor network health and performance daily using enterprise monitoring tools and log analysis to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and remediate outages, latency, and capacity constraints.
  • Lead complex incident response and escalation for connectivity and infrastructure issues, providing remote and onsite technical leadership through to root cause and permanent corrective action.
  • Fulfill operational service requests (e.g., access provisioning/deprovisioning and user connectivity support) while maintaining configuration integrity and adherence to service expectations.
  • Implement and validate security and compliance controls for sensitive/classified environments, including firewall and IDS/IPS/VPN operations, maintenance of required training/clearance posture, and delivery of complete documentation (diagrams, change records, access controls) plus recurring status and performance reporting.

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
  • 8+ years of experience in Data and Network engineering, design, implementation and operational support.
  • 5+ years of experience and proficiency with Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Juniper Junos, and cloud based networking.
  • 5+ years of experience in security protocols, and network segmentation. 
  • Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Ability to work fully on site in Honolulu, HI.

  • Masters degree preferred.
