About the role

Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a motivated Software Engineer with the right knowledge, skills, and abilities to support a new cybersecurity initiative.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements.
Work individually or as part of a team
Review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results.
Resolve software problem reports.
Utilize software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
Provide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with at least seven (7) year's experience
Familiarity with Docker and Virtualization
Knowledge of Linux System Administration
Experience in Python Development
Knowledge of STE/STN Requirements
Technical Degree in Comp Sci (or Related Discipline)

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of UAM, Nessus, EPO, Xacta, Latteart, and Civet Implementation
Familiarity with CDS (Cross-Domain Solution) Requirements and Implementation
Experience in Hardware Driver Development
Knowledge of the Agency's ATO Process / Getting a System through ATO

Security Clearance:

TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
