Senior System Administrator

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior System Engineer to join our consultancy team, working on specialized projects at our clients site. 

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will perform the following responsibilities as a Keystone Solutions consultant:

• Manage, maintain and upgrade existing and future system infrastructures.
• Configure, deploy and administer operating systems and systems software.
• Ensure the security and availability of systems and data.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure consistency and performance of the environment.
• Solve complex systems problems and suggest improvements.
• Carry out and/or supervise installation and maintenance tasks.
• Write and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Participate in the development of the technological evolution strategy for solutions.
• Adapt models, systems and infrastructure to changing needs.
• Contribute as a team player while also capable of working independently.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks, assess risks appropriately, and seek guidance when necessary.
• Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to self-learning and development.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator.
• 3+ years of experience managing operating systems (Windows, Linux) and system software.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and associated management tools, and practices relating to microservices-oriented infrastructure are a plus.

Profile Description:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or 3 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Analytical mindset.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to technical challenges and/or incidents.
• In-depth understanding of mobile telecommunication technologies.
• Curious and enthusiastic to learn.
• Fluent in either Dutch or French, with a solid understanding of the other language.
• Good command of written and spoken technical English.
• Discrete and stress-resistant.
• A high level of autonomy.
