- Be a gracious host: Welcome our members and their guests with warmth and genuine enthusiasm, making them feel like they've just walked into their own private oasis.
- Curate an impeccable space: Ensure our comfort station is always spotless, inviting, and a true reflection of Martis Camp's high standards. You'll take pride in creating an environment that feels effortless and luxurious.
- Master the menu: Know our food and beverage offerings inside and out, so you can guide choices, make recommendations, and flawlessly deliver on every request.
- Embrace precision: Handle orders and billing with accuracy and efficiency, because the smooth flow of service is as important as the warmth of your smile.
- Create cocktails with care and consistency: Ensure bar is stocked appropriately, cocktails are made correct to recipes, and drinks are served responsibly.
- Anticipate and adapt: Go the extra mile to accommodate special requests, understanding that every member's desire, whenever possible, is our opportunity to shine.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide warm hospitality, professional advice, and assistance to all patrons
- Provide service that is detailed, attentive, and efficient
- Completing opening and closing duties timely and thoroughly
- Understanding of food and drink menu offered at each location
- Using accurate liquor and wine pours
- Tracking and stocking of alcohol and snack inventory
- Ability to multitask while working efficiently in a fast-paced position that may have extended periods of downtime
- Keep the members’ experience and satisfaction in mind when making all decisions
- Demonstrate consistent compliance with all Martis Camp standards and policies

- Approach all encounters with members, guests and fellow Ambassadors in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner with complete respect for their feelings.
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be California Food Handlers Safe Certified or obtain this qualification
- Must obtain the California Responsible Beverage Service(RBS) Training, also known as California ABC Certification
