Howden, a Chart Industries Company, is looking for a Data Entry ( Temp). 

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• Provide administrative support to the Customer Service department
• Purchase order review and order entry.
• Confirm order acknowledgements to sales reps.
   

Your Education Should Be…

High School Diploma or GED

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Sitting for hours at a time

Reviewing computer screen for hours at a time.
Able to walk to the production floor for clarification on material

 

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

• Minimum of two years administrative experience.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with ERP system.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
  •    Use of order entry in an ERP system. (Baan preferred)
  •    Excellent organization and time management skills with attention to detail.
  •    Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
