Director of ID Services

Keystone Human Services has an exciting opportunity for a Director – Intellectual Disabilities to work out of our office in Malvern, PA.

The Director - ID Services position actively manages assigned division/service area, efficiently carries out top-down directives as well as proactively identifies and responds to local issues. The position engages employees and stakeholders to ensure that advocacy for all individuals served is the focus at all levels. This individual is responsible for all administrative and managerial aspects of service and assures that quality services are provided consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the organization and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing standards. The individual provides strong leadership in the development of operational directives, budgeting and financial management, quality, human resources, and ongoing development of new and existing services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree with seven (7) years of progressive ID experience required.

•  *Internal Candidates Only: May possess an associate degree/60 college credit hours plus 7 years' experience in ID or related field.

• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience required.

• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret and apply written information.

• Ability to learn and apply intermediate computer skills, including the use of software and other web-based systems.

• Ability to pass required background checks and clearances

• Valid driver's license and, depending on work location, may be required to have daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle.
