Want to use design and coding skills to solve real-life large-scale problems impacting millions of lives?We are seeking a Software Engineer III to enhance our team capabilities on delivering key experiences for our International Supply Chain team. An ideal candidate has good knowledge in Full Stack technologies, collaborating closely with product managers and technical architects supporting our Corporate Communication business on providing the latest technologies and automations.
What you'll do...
As a Software Engineer for Intl Enterprise Inventory Product, you’ll be part of the replenishment team responsible for building and supporting high impact, mission critical systems for the world’s largest retailer. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing code changes required for special business requirements. You’ll work with many cross-functional teams to handle monitoring issues, troubleshoot business and production issues. You’ll be able to say that you work for the world’s largest retailer and contribute to the development of best-in-class methodologies that impacted perception and drastically changed business as we know it.
About the Team
Focusing on customer, associate and business needs, this team works with Walmart International, which includes more than 5,200 retail units, operating in 23 countries such as Canada, Central America, Chile, China, India, Mexico and South Africa to name a few.
What you'll bring:
- Ability to design solutions at scale involving multiple stakeholders .
- Excellent coding skills. Ability to write tech debt free code.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and innovate at scale.
- Proven track record of solving for issues at root using automation and self-service.
