Role Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and build automation systems that scale support operations. The engineer will own end-to-end production systems that convert Slack and office-hours requests into structured, high-quality tickets and accelerate resolution workflows. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on shipping production-ready automation with strong operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automation systems converting Slack/office-hour requests into structured support tickets
• Build integrations such as Slack → Jira automation, routing, triage workflows, and lifecycle synchronization
• Implement agentic workflows for automated context collection, triage, summarization, and recommendations
• Build scalable APIs and event-driven pipelines
• Ensure production readiness with retries, idempotency, monitoring, and failure handling
• Add observability (logs, metrics, dashboards, alerts) to maintain reliability
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and resilient production systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders through demos, documentation, and rapid iteration

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
