SleepCharge by Nox Health is seeking a compassionate and professional individual to join our Participant Engagement Team (PET) as a Clinical Care Coordinator. The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for educating patients on the SleepCharge program and assisting them in completion of the sleep checkup. This position will be scheduling patients for telehealth visits and implementing orders that are written by the doctor, after the teleconsult.
The ideal candidate will be flexible and possess the ability to make sound judgments. The schedule for this position is Tuesday through Friday, 12pm-8pm EDT and Saturday, 9am-5pm EDT. This is an in-person hybrid role and the office is located in Alpharetta, GA.
Responsibilities
- Provide patients with sleep charge program information -Conduct medical Intakes
- Contact patients to schedule for telehealth visits
- Conduct telehealth consultations
- Contact patients to schedule home sleep apnea test
- Complete assigned task
- Respond and assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution.
- Work effectively as a team member.
- Comfortable communicating via phone, video conferencing, email and text
Requirements
- 2 years of customer service experience. (Preferably healthcare field)
- Associates in Medical Assisting
- Stellar oral and written communication skills, including active listening.
- Experience with Google Drive applications
- Ability to learn a proprietary technology platform for medical charting and tasking
- Comfortable working with multiple software applications at one time.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only moderate standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Strict attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through.
- Critical thinking and problem solving is essential.
- Possess the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
