About this opportunity:

Work directly with associates, corporate credit card provider and expense reporting supplier to issue, audit and provide resolution for corporate credit cards and recommend AP Travel & Expense workflow improvements.  Actively work with the business to improve processes and reporting.

How you will contribute:

• Assist in reviewing expenses and auditing against policy, using good judgement.
• Ask the ‘why’ to help create efficiencies and process improvement.
• Assist with cardholder reconciliations and mini projects.
• Effectively handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

What we are looking for in you:

• Technical Savvy: Ability to learn new processes quickly and identify opportunities to improve processes by staying current on new system features, changes, and technology.
• Detail Oriented:  Ability to audit, review and thoroughly research issues
• Adaptability:  Adaptive and open to change/flexibility within the job
• Problem Solving: Provides practical solutions to problems
• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly across multiple channels of communication (verbal, email, PowerPoint presentations).

 

 

What you should have:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable Travel & Expense experience in a high volume and fast-paced environment
• 3+ years working knowledge of Corporate Credit Card programs and Travel Services
• Associate/Undergraduate degree required
• Advanced proficiency using Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, Oracle or similar ERP
