Job Duties: S&P Global Inc. seeks a Senior Director, People Partner who will provide advice to Executives and Business leaders in Commercial and Customer Experience organizations on talent management, organizational design and select growth initiatives. Partner with executive leadership and business leaders to define and implement HR strategies that align with overall business goals. Provide strategic counsel on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement. Drive the development and execution of HR initiatives that support business objectives, including change management, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational restructuring. Develop and oversee talent management programs to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders and high performers. Collaborate with leaders to identify skills gaps and create targeted development programs, including succession planning and career development plans. Implement innovative approaches to talent acquisition, including employer branding, recruitment strategies, and effective onboarding processes. Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Promote a positive work environment by fostering a culture of inclusivity, respect, and continuous improvement. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction, productivity, and retention. Drive organizational effectiveness by implementing strategies to improve employee performance, satisfaction, and organizational culture. Facilitate organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and realignment, to support strategic business objectives. Develop and oversee competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages that attract and retain top talent. Collaborate with finance and leadership to develop equitable pay structures and incentive programs. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and inform strategic decision-making. Develop dashboards and reports that track key HR performance indicators, sharing findings with leadership. Leverage data to identify areas for improvement in HR processes and employee engagement. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field plus five (5) years of experience in human resources or a related occupation. Five (5) years

of experience must include:

- Providing HR Business Partner services to key company executives

- Providing HR Business Partner support to functions or divisional business units

- Leading change management at a global scale, including but not limited to restructuring, mergers and acquisitions

- Supporting Mergers & Acquisitions processes at a global scale

- Leading organizational design processes

- Leading HR initiatives and programs

- Working with HR Information systems

- Leading large recruitment processes that result from business growth initiatives

- Leading global compensation planning efforts including merit increases, bonus planning and long-term incentive strategies

- Leading engagement survey action plans

- Working with HR Analytics dashboards

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $246,230 to $258,600. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses & certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
