ANNOUNCEMENT OF SERVICE VACANCY
POSITION: Day-to-Day Substitute Aide
QUALIFICATIONS: As per State and County Regulations
REQUIREMENT:
1. Applicants must be 18 years of age, or older
2. New applicants must pass the WV State Competency Aide's Test
3. Must possess First Aid & CPR certification
4. May need to ride a bus
5. Completed training of special education bus requirements
6. Ability to lift and/or assist with student safety equipment
7. Flexible schedule to accommodate special education bus times
8. Position is subject to Lewis County Schools policy 4120.04
9. Must maintain a courteous and professional demeanor
10. Adhere to strong confidentiality standards at all times
11. Other duties as assigned
SALARY: As provided in West Virginia Code 18A-4-8 and 18A-4-8a
TERM: Day-to-Day Basis – as Needed Only
