The work: 

Seeking experienced, client facing Geospatial Data Lead to oversee on-premises ESRI ArcGIS Team. This role is responsible for leading the strategy, managing the integration with key enterprise applications like Pega, and directing the work of external technical teams and vendor resources to ensure project success. The ideal candidate is a hands-on functional expert with proven project and vendor management skills and technical aptitude.

Core Responsibilities:

• Platform Ownership & Leadership: Serve as functional authority for all geospatial data, services, and architecture. Oversee the administration, performance, and security of the on-premises ArcGIS Enterprise environment.
• Project & Vendor Management: Lead the planning and execution of all geospatial projects, managing timelines and stakeholder communications. Act as the primary point of contact for managing third-party technical vendors, defining statements of work, and ensuring delivery.
• Application Integration & Solution Design: Translate stakeholder requests into business requirements for effective, scalable geospatial solutions and seamless integration with the Pega platform and other business systems.

Here's what you need: 

• Proven track record of leading complex projects and managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage both technical resources and business stakeholders.
• Experience with ArcGIS, ESRI, or other geospatial services.
• Consulting or similar field requiring client collaboration, presentation, and delivery.   
• US Citizenship required. 

Bonus points if you have: 

• Data programing languages to script, and analyze data using Python and/or R.

 

 

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
