As a result, our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world. </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The Senior Project Manager will oversee fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification. This includes managing the entire process from planning and design through to completion and commissioning.</p><ul><li>Oversee the delivery of fit-out projects, focusing on schedule, cost, variations, contract, and risk.</li><li>Develop the Project Execution Plan to align with the Contracting Entity's standards.</li><li>Manage the relationship with the Airport Transformation Manager, ensuring fit-out projects meet the required standards.</li></ul><p>Team Management</p><ul><li>Lead a team of Project Managers responsible for fit-out projects.</li><li>Ensure the implementation of appropriate project management techniques for fit-out projects.</li><li>Develop and maintain a detailed resourcing plan for fit-out projects.</li><li>Provide technical and contractual support to Project Managers handling fit-out projects.</li><li>Report on the performance of fit-out projects and address any issues with the Programme Director.</li></ul><p>Project Management Activities</p><ul><li>Coordinate fit-out project interfaces at all stages.</li><li>Maintain task trackers and risk registers specific to fit-out projects.</li><li>Manage design consultants and external service providers involved in fit-out projects.</li><li>Organize design review meetings and communicate design changes related to fit-out projects.</li><li>Report monthly on fit-out project tasks and manage the change control process.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 15 years in the Construction/Infrastructure sector, including fit-out projects in aviation.</li><li>Experience operating on live airport sites and documenting best practices for fit-out projects.</li><li>Track record of delivering fit-out projects on time and within budget.</li><li>Experience dealing with stakeholders and improving processes for fit-out project delivery.</li></ul><p>Skills</p><ul><li>Managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple fit-out projects.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of NEC and FIDIC contracts, engineering, and project management principles.</li><li>Planning capability using Oracle Primavera 6.</li><li>Decision-making and report writing skills.</li><li>Computer literacy.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Full time, permanent</li><li>Competitive remuneration and attractive range of benefits</li><li>Pension</li><li>23 days Annual leave, 2 Company days &amp; 1 volunteering day </li><li>Opportunity to work on impactful and innovative projects</li><li>Career development opportunities both in Ireland and globally</li><li>Opportunity to work with a diverse group of talented and collaborative colleagues</li></ul><p>Our people share our Purpose and Values.
