We are looking for a motivated, data-oriented self-starter to join as a Sr. Product Manager on the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Safety Accountability Team (SAT)!
We seek a leader who can set priorities, communicate effectively, and consistently deliver results across diverse cross-functional teams, while focusing on internal automation and scaling to enable network-wide implementation. Having the ability to solve complex, technical problems with simple, innovative, and practical solutions that drive accountability is a key skill-set in this role. Owning end-to-end product management will be critical for this role, including design/ideation, stakeholder and leadership alignment, influencing partner team (including tech) roadmaps, development of KPIs, and overseeing successful execution.
You will be successful in this role if you can manage multiple competing priorities, often with urgent deadlines. You will also need to be a proven product and project leader, communicator, and problem solver, withanalytical skills.
Key job responsibilities
- Establish and deliver important new initiatives with broad cross-organizational impact to improve DSP on-road safety performance.
- Define and document business requirements for product automation and expansion, including functional requirements for technical teams.
- Identify needed areas of performance improvement, and prioritize product initiatives in accordance with data/performance signals.
- Clearly communicate, both verbally and in writing, to drive buy-in and adoption across a diverse group of stakeholders with competing priorities, including executive presentations.
- Review our current data architecture to improve adaptability and expand scalability.
- Define and document business requirements for partner technical teams to drive architectural improvements.
- Manage dependencies and own status reporting for time-sensitive projects involving technical and non-technical contributors
A day in the life
In this role, the Sr. Product Manager will be accountable for deeply reviewing and simplifying our existing data architecture to enable scalability. This will include a thorough understanding of the safety data ecosystem, including upstream dependencies and downstream data usage, for continuous improvement opportunities and potential rearchitecture projects. You will gather requirements from customers and stakeholders, and translate this into clear, coherent requests to partner teams for development. This role will drive timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables from partner teams. You will operate with autonomy, demonstrating high judgment in decisions with broad implications.

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree
- 2+ years of change management experience
- 2+ years of regulatory and risk management experience
- Working experience with the product development lifecycle

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market.
