Responsibilities: This tenure-track position is for an Assistant/Associate Professor of Business Administration (BSAD) focusing on the area of strategy. This position will primarily teach our capstone strategy course, as well as other core and elective courses in BSAD. Outside of the capstone course responsibilities, preference will be given to candidates who have experience teaching one or more of these areas: introductory business, business analytics, and management and strategy electives. As well, the candidate will be expected to contribute to the school’s liberal education program. The teaching load for this position is three courses per semester.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a Ph.D. in Management with a focus on strategy, Economics with a focus on business strategy, or other related fields from an AACSB accredited school. ABDs will be considered if the degree will be awarded prior to the position’s start date. Teaching excellence is of primary importance, so preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate prior teaching experience in the position’s topic area.
