This role will be hybrid, 2x a week in office out of our Jersey City NJ, Boston MA, or Lehi UT locations.

Job Description

  • Support planning and execution for employee listening initiatives. Assist with data preparation and quality checking, set up reports and manage report access and permissions.  Analyze engagement survey data (from annual and continuous surveys), leverage engagement systems to generate insights, guide action planning, and track progress.
  • Contribute to the creation of dashboards, toolkits, or engagement experiences, and success stories across learning and engagement.  Contribute to the creation of quarterly dashboards for HR Business Partners.  Prepare submissions for market, social responsibility, or external benchmarking surveys. 
  • Provide project support for Talent Management initiatives such as leadership development cohort management and evaluating the effectiveness of current programs.  Assist in identifying stakeholders and analyzing needs and levels of engagement. Support the planning and execution activities, such as workshops, focus groups, and targeted surveys. 
  • Support the creation and distribution of team communications by drafting messages, newsletters, intranet pages, or learning and change management materials.  Document change processes, create a method for maintaining and sharing content, lessons learned and best practices.   Propose ways to improve processes or project management across the team.   
  • Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
  • Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent development or related roles. This experience should include exposure to talent development programs, assessment of training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives. 
  • Working knowledge of employee engagement and organizational development trends and best practices. 
  • Research and qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to analyze needs from surveys, focus groups, or other channels, and translate insights into recommendations, decisions, or action steps.   
  • Highly adaptable and quick-learning professional who thrives in dynamic environments, excels in navigating ambiguity, and embraces change with enthusiasm and initiative.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple projects, navigating competing priorities.
  • Experience applying project planning and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment that spans different job functions, departments, and geographies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams; curiosity to learn and leverage new technology, systems, or methods of working.    
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
