What tasks are waiting for you?

• supporting our colleagues all around the world, working with our current CRM solution and future D365CE solution on a daily basis within the area of Marketing & Customer Relations
• interacting with different stakeholders to provide solutions to complex scenarios
• help users to operate the systems in the most optimal way.
• you should expect to have between 10-20 days of annual travel
   

It would be great if you:

• have experience in working on a similar position within a retail company;
• have experience with business support, marketing or IT 
• have knowledge of CRM or D365CE will be an advantage, but not a requirement 
• got advanced knowledge of English enabling everyday communication;
• have strong business insight and understanding;
• are service minded, enjoy helping people, are proactive, and have a persistent attitude;
• are willing to travel abroad and work in an international environment.
