Job Description:

What will you work on?

As Associate Social Media Manager, you will play a hands-on role in organizing, publishing, and tracking content across Spin Master’s social media platforms. This role is built for someone who lives and breathes digital culture, enjoys storytelling, and is excited to support executional excellence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

You’ll be responsible for keeping calendars and trackers updated, helping create and post content, coordinating samples and influencer deliverables, supporting real-time event coverage, and monitoring what competitors and creators are doing in the space. You’ll also assist with reporting and deck building, and explore new tools and trends along the way.

How will you create impact?

• Draft and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring copy and visuals are platform-appropriate
• Maintain social calendars, trackers, and approval docs to keep everything running smoothly
• Support real-time content capture, influencer coordination, and event-based posting

What are your skills and experience?

• 2+ years of experience in social media, digital content, or marketing
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong writing and communication skills
• Passionate about digital storytelling, trends, competitor activity, and emerging tools like AI

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $60,000 to $70,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
