  As a Product Director in Digital Channels and Connectivity, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. Morgan Access® suite of digital channels provides cash management services via online, mobile, file transmission, APIs and integrations. We cater to a wide range of clients, including Corporate, Commercial, Business Banking, and Wealth Management segments. Our goal is to meet clients at every stage of their digital journey and guide them towards success with our best-in-class solutions.   Job responsibilities
  • Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
  • Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
  • Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
  • Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
  • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand client use cases and internal reporting needs
  • Partner with Technology to develop and implement data solutions to address use cases and internal business data needs
  • Manage overall governess process to ensure consistent and timely data
  • Develop approach to federate and simplify data distribution for various internal reporting use cases such as client targeting, usage and key business drivers
  • Assess effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
  • Promote advanced analytics to optimize customer experiences, improve revenue generation, uncover data insights, and drive other business outcomes, organize and manage multiple projects with diverse cross-functional stakeholders
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, JIRA
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization of projects and ability to provide status updates 
  • Demonstrates ability to adapt to shifting priorities, embraces ambiguity and navigates through change positively while helping to remove challenges/blockers
  • A track record demonstrating strategic initiatives, deadline driven, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
  • Communication Skills – excellent writing and presentation skills with ability to adapt communication style according to audience and occasion
