Responsibilities:

·         Continuously review of min/max inventory levels vs on-hand

·         Request quotes from vendors for raw material purchase

·         Create and monitor purchase orders in system

·         Maintain direct ship orders (processing customer orders & submitting purchase orders to vendors)

·         Schedule and monitor inbound shipments

·         Contact vendors and suppliers to resolve pricing errors, delivery issues and maintain and enforce contract agreements

·         continuously review of items to code obsolete & remove from website

·         Monitor inventory hold orders, change lead times, release orders when product recorded back in stock

• Determine and assign items to audit for Cycle Counter

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years’ experience Purchasing
• 5-7 years’ experience with Great Plains
• Experience with SAP
• Secure Site platform experience preferred
• Negotiation with pricing
• Understanding of Supply Chain inventory levels (min/max)
• Expertise working with Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Sourcing & Vendor management experience
• Working knowledge of budgets and cost analysis
