What You'll Be Doing

As our Customer Service Manager, you’ll have a dynamic impact every single day—connecting with customers, inspiring your teammates, and helping shape our store’s success. Your main responsibilities? Leading and motivating staff, training new hires, assisting with stock and shipments, managing inventory, and swooping in to solve problems as they arise. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the General Manager to hit sales targets, keep the store looking its best, and support your team. If you excel at leading people, delivering amazing guest experiences, and thrive on being out on the floor, hands-on with both customers and crew, this is for you! You’ll also manage opening and closing, smooth out daily operations, and ensure everyone steps through our doors feeling welcome.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

•  Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills 
• · Minimum two years' supervisory experience in customer-facing environments
• · Proven ability to identify, hire, and develop talented team members
• · Flexible with schedule; able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• · Skilled at handling pressure and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
• Ability to climb ladders, when needed to retrieve stock.
• Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-60 pounds.
