As a Senior Financial Analyst within the Global Supply Chain & Logistics (GSCL) Finance team at Target, you will assume a pivotal position overseeing the financial performance of our Upstream Distribution Centers across the supply chain network. You will be instrumental in Target's ongoing transformation, ensuring financial viability as we advance towards a faster and more efficient Supply Chain model to bolster our sustained growth. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs, but the role will have accountability to delivering the following:

Financial Routines: Oversee financial routines including actual performance recaps, forecasts, and budget, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives. Analytical Insights: Provide actionable insights into performance trends, risks, and opportunities, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions that drive financial success. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the finance regional controllers, who directly support our distribution buildings, and field leaders to align enterprise financial goals and initiatives.

About you:

4-year college degree, MBA or equivalent experience (4 or more years) in Finance and/or Operations Uses analysis to influence with facts and data Detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver outcomes Comfortable developing multiple scenarios to communicate a risk adjusted range of expected financial performance Willingness to make financial recommendations with a progress over perfection mindset Ability to work with all levels of management with high level of autonomy, motivation, and self-direction Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to establish and nurture connections across the enterprise to build a network of partners and resources Natural curiosity to ask questions and look within the data for outliers and connections to improve upon existing tools and processes Advanced Excel and or SQL knowledge – comfortability transforming large data sets into insights

Role will report to Sr. Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, Global Supply Chain & Logistics – Synchronization (Bethany Lewis)
