Job Title: KOL Contracts Manager
Reports To: VP, Professional Affairs
Location: Texas Remote
Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to develop, implement & manage the upstream & ultimately downstream process of contracting consulting surgeons to provide Leadership services for Enovis. This group of consulting surgeons who perform design, development, training, advisory and teaching services, to name only a few for Enovis are the world’s leaders in their subspecialties. This individual will be responsible for building out & staffing a new highly visible program that supports the surgeons and the business as per the direction and guidance of the Compliance and Legal teams. This position is part of the Professional Affairs team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements all new workstreams, processes, procedures and systems that support the program.
- Works cross functionally with functional leaders /departments to develop processes that provide cohesion across the business.
- Be responsible for managing the end-to-end Health Care Professional (HCP) contracts process for both external and internal stakeholders, including but not limited to Product Development, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Medical Education & Operations.
- Serve as the key contact and internal administrator for all HCPs who are engaged with Enovis before, during, and after the term of their agreements.
- Develop the systems and processes to collect, organize and file the support data necessary for validating and paying surgeons for their services.
- Develops, strengthens and manages relationships with surgeons. Within these relationships, this individual will provide customer service support to the surgeons in a timely, professional manner (ex. Surgeon requests/inquiries).
- Prepares relevant reports for all stakeholders upon requests
- Supervisory Responsibility – This person shall build out and lead a team of employees assigned to these functions. Hires, trains, develops and retains a talented team.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience program management, contract management roles within the medical device industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Program Management or Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred.
Travel Requirements: Less than 10%
Desired Characteristics:
- Must have expert skills in computer applications, all Microsoft functions, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Must have superior written and oral communication skills.
