McIntosh Box and Pallet is hiring for 1st  Production Workers to join our team in Mineral, VA! 

We are looking for a technically skilled individual with excellent attention to detail to join our team as a 1st Shift Production Worker in Mineral VA! 

Shift: 6am to 3:30pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 10am on Fridays 

Pay: $15 

A Production Worker will be responsible for operating wood processing equipment to cut material and build pallets and skids. The goal will be to ensure that products are built accurately, safety and efficiently. This individual will be responsible, hardworking, and a team player.

Production Worker's Job Responsibilities:

• Run wood processing equipment such as Cut-Off saws, Notchers, and Stake Pointers
• Build specialty pallets and skids
• Perform maintenance on equipment such as changing blades and greasing
• Keep production areas clean and organized
• Adhere to safety management standards
• Comply with company policies and safety guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facility
• Operate and manage technical equipment

Requirements

• Carpentry experience is a plus! 
• Attention to Detail 
• Ability to lift 50lbs. 
• Good Organizational skills 
• Ability to read and follow drawings
• Understanding on measuring tools and measurements
