This on-site role demands a results-driven and seasoned professional with experience in construction management, particularly in overseeing drilling operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring project safety, budgets, and timelines are met.</p> <p><strong>Principal Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>(Management may amend or assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary on-site project manager, overseeing drilling operations and subcontractor activities.</li> <li>Enforce and enhance safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.</li> <li>Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.</li> <li>Engage from project reimplementation through mobilization to project completion.</li> <li>Direct involvement in ground-up construction, especially during the foundation phase.</li> <li>Demonstrate proficiency in contract management, understanding how each component fits into the larger construction puzzle.</li> <li>Liaise effectively with general contractors and address their requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate seamlessly with site supervisors, project managers, general contractors and construction teams to ensure project goals are met.</li> <li>Participate actively in meetings discussing submittals, shop drawings, and project-related matters.</li> <li>All other duties and projects as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction management.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.</li> <li>Must have SST card.</li> <li>Proven experience in managing ground-up commercial construction projects.</li> <li>Strong understanding of safety regulations, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.</li> <li>Procore software experience prefer
