Senior Manufacturing Engineer

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for improving manufacturing processes, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring product quality and reliability.

 

Primary Responsibilities

· Analyzes existing manufacturing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

· Develops and implements process improvements, including changes to equipment, layout, workflow, and procedures

· Conducts time studies, capacity analysis, and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the impact of proposed process improvements

· Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to implement process changes and improvements

· Provides technical support and troubleshooting assistance to production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and problems

· Participates in new product development projects to ensure manufacturability and scalability of new products

 

Education Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

 

Minimum Experience Required

· Five (5) years of related experience
