About the Role
FareHarbor is looking for outgoing, detailed and technically-proficient individuals interested in the Tours & Activities industry. In this role, you will help grow and maintain FareHarbor’s network of partnerships and API integrations with Online Travel Agencies. This role involves a mix of proactive outreach, research, relationship-building, creativity, technical work and inter-departmental communication. This role also involves traveling to industry conferences to represent FareHarbor.
What you'll do here:
- Gain an understanding and ability to speak to FareHarbor’s API capabilities
- Learn the processes and functionalities of FareHarbor’s technical integrations
- Build and maintain relationships with key Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) in the US and Globally
- Proactively reach out to industry leading OTAs as the face of FareHarbor
- Collaborate with client facing teams to understand integration priorities to benefit highest performing clients
- Act as a liaison between parties to research and solve diverse problems
- Support partners with technical troubleshooting requests
- Think creatively and contribute to the growth of FareHarbor’s Strategic Partnerships initiatives
Requirements:
- 4 Year College Degree
- Be very precise, detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Rapid learning curve
- Be able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Think independently and collaborate with a team
- Possess outstanding written and oral communication skills, and a high level of maturity
- Be a good Mental Athlete: Possess an analytical mind
- Familiarity with APIs is a bonus

Salary Range: $53,711-$59,679, plus 10% bonus potential
