Early Careers: Project Manager/Facilitator - Change Leadership Initiative- Internship

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated part-time temporary Project Manager/Facilitator to lead our Change Leadership initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of this critical project within a six-month timeframe. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and successful collaboration. Additionally, the Project Manager/Facilitator will serve as a subject matter expert and facilitator for change leadership trainings, building on the WTW thought leadership offered to clients and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and engaged throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and expectations are managed.
- Facilitate the development and delivery of a change leadership approach and related trainings.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.
- Support on other projects and/or facilitation of other training initiatives, as available
Project Elements:
- Conduct high-level review of WTW processes, tools, and resources that we use internally and conduct an overall comparison to those we deliver to clients.
- Refine comprehensive change leadership approach.
- Identify company channels to leverage (e.g., communication, learning and development, leadership communities).
- Enable strategic change leadership approach for highest priority items.
- Build capability of Communication and Human Resources teams (COEs and select colleagues in Talent Advisory and Region HR).
- Build capability of specific teams leading program and process changes, regardless of where they sit in WTW (TBD).
- Enhance the capability of all colleagues by helping the team identify key messages to integrate into broader leadership channels and company communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in change management or similar initiatives.
- Strong leadership, organization and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and demonstrate flexibility.
- Expertise in change leadership and learning facilitation.
