Ready to Pioneer the Future of GenAI-Enabled Wellbeing Experiences?

We're seeking a hands-on technical leader who can guide teams in building next-generation GenAI-enabled SaaS experiences in the wellbeing space. As our Software Engineering AI Tech Lead, you'll serve dual roles as both player and coach—leading architectural design while mentoring engineers and driving execution of AI-powered personalization and natural-language interfaces.

What You'll Actually Do

Lead technical execution: Drive architecture, design, and development of GenAI-enabled services and features across product development teams while writing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality production code.

Evaluate and recommend: Assess AI/LLM platforms, tools, and vendors to ensure alignment with product goals while staying current on GenAI advancements and natural-language interface design.

Mentor and evangelize: Act as internal thought leader for AI adoption, mentoring engineers on AI/ML integration patterns while leading technical workshops and design reviews.

Collaborate strategically: Partner with Product Management to understand business strategy and translate into executable technical solutions while influencing multiple engineering teams toward consistent AI-driven implementations.

Drive innovation: Integrate relevant GenAI innovations into product features while evangelizing responsible and ethical AI practices within the engineering organization.

Ensure quality and scale: Collaborate with cross-functional groups to deliver scalable, performant, and responsible AI technologies that meet production standards.

 

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

The technical leadership foundation:

• 10+ years professional software engineering experience including leadership or tech lead roles
• 3+ years hands-on experience building and delivering AI/ML-powered products with proven GenAI feature launches
• Proficiency in contemporary software engineering practices and distributed architecture patterns

The AI expertise:

• Strong coding and architectural skills with ability to balance execution with mentoring and team enablement
• Experience influencing multiple engineering teams in complex SaaS environment
• Knowledge of responsible AI considerations in SaaS contexts

The collaborative leadership:

• Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated success partnering with Product Management
• Demonstrated passion for mentoring engineers and elevating technical capabilities across teams
• Ability to serve as cross-team technical influencer while maintaining hands-on development contribution
