Senior Java Engineer

<p><b>ING Hubs Poland is hiring!</b></p><p></p><p><b>We are looking for you, if you:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>have very good knowledge of Java</span><span> 17+,</span><span> Spring framework</span><span>, GIT and Maven,</span></p></li><li><p><span>are not afraid of challenges related</span><span> to monitoring production system and incident solving,</span></p></li><li><p><span>are able to identify problems, analyse key information and propose the best solutions,</span></p></li><li><p><span>are a team player</span><span>,</span></p></li><li><p><span>have m</span><span>in. 5</span><span> year</span><span>s</span><span> of experience on similar position or so.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>English level - B2</b></p><p></p><p><b>You'll get extra points for:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>experience </span><span>in batch file processing solutions,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Kafka, Docker and S3 storage knowledge,</span></p></li><li><p><span>IT Service Management knowledge</span></p></li><li><p><span>Agile and DevOps knowledge,</span></p></li><li><p><span>code testing</span><span> skills.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li><p><span>analysis and development of new features and maintaining existing ones,</span></p></li><li><p><span>assist the Paper&amp;Send squad and related squads in required tasks like collecting logs for investigation, doing checks after changes/patches etc.,</span></p></li><li><p><span>fully contribute to improving the Paper&amp;Send squad’s processes whilst also ensuring all mandatory requirements such as IT risk control, change control etc. are adhered to,</span></p></li><li><p><span>attend daily, weekly and bi-weekly meetings with the Paper&amp;Send squad,</span></p></li><li><p><span>contribute to improvements and be proactively engaged in the teams Scrum ceremonies.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Information about the squad:</b></p><p><span>In this role as Java Dev Engineer you will be part of the Paper&amp;Send DevOps team which is responsible for getting all paper communication to ING clients (currently in NL and BE).</span></p>
