Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our organization as the Vice President of Global HR reporting directly into the CHRO. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our international HR business partner team, overseeing all talent management activities, and driving learning and development initiatives across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Leadership and Strategy
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the global HR business partner team, ensuring alignment with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's global growth and talent management objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities, contributing to the development of effective business strategies.
- Talent Management
- Oversee the development and implementation of talent management strategies, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Partner with business leaders to identify critical talent needs, develop succession plans, and ensure a robust pipeline of high-potential employees.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee retention, career development, and talent mobility across the organization.
- Learning and Development
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs, ensuring the delivery of targeted learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- HR Business Partnership
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Partner with regional HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, practices, and programs across different geographies.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices within the HR business partner team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on global HR business partnering, talent management, and learning and development.
- Experience in a mid-sized SAAS organization.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing HR teams in a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of talent management practices, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
- Experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs, utilizing a variety of delivery methods and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
