What would you be doing at Woodard & Curran?
Woodard & Curran has a phenomenal opportunity to join our Customer Service Department team at our Public Water Supply District #2 / East Central Missouri Project. We are looking for a Lead Customer Service Operations & Maintenance Technician who will partner our Area Manager and Plant Managers. In this role you will supervise, assign tasks and work with the Customer Service team. Employees who join Woodard & Curran’s staff find a culture that is welcoming, supportive, and empowering.

Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain continuous communication with District staff, Operations Customer Service, and other project personnel
  • Perform, manage, and supervise all aspects of meter reading, meter installation, maintenance, and replacement.
  • Perform, manage, and supervise all aspects of water and sewer line locates
  • Perform, manage, and supervise service orders and customer services
  • Perform, manage, and supervise water and sewer tap inspections
  • Perform manage and supervise maintenance of vehicles and equipment
  • Knowledge of and compliance with the District’s rules and regulations and Woodard and Curran’s and the District’s Health and Safety procedures

What will you need to succeed?

  • Must possess and maintain a DS-III Water License for the state of Missouri.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Applicants will possess proficiency with computers, including the ability to work with, Microsoft Word, Excel, Maintenance Management Programs, Global Positioning System (GPS), and other job-related specific systems.
  • Minimum seven years of professional experience in customer service.
  • Must possess a valid Missouri Driver’s License.
