In this dual-role position, you will provide both personal protection and exemplary service to our high-profile clients, ensuring their safety and comfort during travels and events. This role requires a unique blend of security expertise, exceptional service standards, and the ability to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.</p><p></p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Provide close protection and personal security for VIP clients during travel, events, and public appearances</li> <li>Assess security risks and implement effective safety measures tailored to the client’s needs</li> <li>Coordinate and plan travel itineraries, arranging transportation and accommodations to ensure seamless experiences</li> <li>Deliver exceptional butler service, including meal preparation, household management, and personal assistance</li> <li>Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or special requests with efficiency and care</li> <li>Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions</li> <li>Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide a cohesive and secure environment for clients</li> <li>Manage travel logistics, including packing, unpacking, and itinerary coordination.</li> <li>Provide formal service (e.g., table setting, food and beverage service).</li> <li>Liaise with hotels, private staff, and service providers to ensure client preferences are met.</li> <li>Maintain wardrobe and personal items, including laundry and garment care.</li> <li>Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reservations, and correspondence.</li> <li>Ensure discretion and confidentiality in all matters.</li> <li>Anticipate client needs and provide proactive service.</li> </ul>
