• Pay Transparency: The starting salary for a Sales Representative is between $23.00 per hour/$46,345 annually and $33.07 per hour/$66,636 annually.  

• Sign-On Bonuses: $1,500 for active Personal Lines Insurance license holders. 

• Jumpstart Bonus: Receive a $1,000 bonus after completing training and orientation (around three months). 

• Evening Shift Differentials: Earn a +10% pay differential for eligible shifts. 

• Incentives and Recognition: 

• Sales associates are also eligible to participate in a performance driven incentive plan where top performers can earn up to $36k per year, with the potential of an additional $3k per month in stretch bonuses once a predetermined level of performance has been achieved.
