About Nclusion

Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.4 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. About the Role

As a Staff Accountant, you will support day-to-day accounts payable and expense-related accounting operations in a fast-growing fintech environment. You’ll help ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and employee expenses, maintain clean vendor records, and contribute to reliable payables and operating expense reporting.
This role is a great fit for someone early in their accounting career who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with large or imperfect data sets. You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve invoice and expense issues, support month-end close tasks related to payables, and help improve processes as the company scales.

What You’ll Do

  • Process vendor invoices and employee expenses in Ramp and NetSuite, ensuring accurate coding and policy compliance

  • Support AP close tasks, including accrual support and reconciliations.

  • Maintain vendor setup and records in NetSuite, including collecting and organizing W-9/W-8 documentation

  • Support payment processing workflows (ACH, wire, and international payments) with appropriate approvals and controls

  • Assist with international vendor invoicing and multi-currency accounts payable, including exchange rate considerations

  • Review expense transactions in Ramp to ensure complete documentation, appropriate receipts, and adherence to policy

  • Support external audits and internal control documentation related to accounts payable

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of accounting, accounts payable, or related experience (internship experience welcome)
  • Foundational understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounts payable processes
  • Exposure to month-end close activities and expense accruals
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills (formulas, lookups, working with large data sets)
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting international vendors or multi-currency AP
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and/or Ramp
  • Exposure to Numeric or other close management tools
  • Interest in pursuing CPA certification
