Hiring Unit:
Athletics and Recreation (Macdonald Campus)

Position Summary:

-Client registration, membership, and locker sales.  

-Process payments for clients, staff and general public

-Responds to email inquiries.

-Using in house software (spectrum security) – adds users, issues login and employee roles pertaining to the appropriate unit.

-Uses different software systems (MMP, Banner, Spectrum, Google) to maintain computerized information for our Recreation and Facilities area of McGill Athletics and EDKP.

-Inputs data and reviews contents. Resolves conflicts regarding scheduling issues, contacts other units and maintains schedules using priority levels.  


Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
Must have client service experience; be able to adapt to new software; MS Office, must have strong attention to detail; Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level #4 on a scale of 0-4.”
