PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece, is currently handling a Senior Cyber Security role on behalf of our client, a leading Information Technology company.

Position Summary:

The Senior Cyber Security role involves leading cybersecurity initiatives and ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and mitigating cybersecurity threats, implementing security protocols, and fostering a security-aware culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective cybersecurity strategies based on the latest security standards and practices.
• Lead incident response processes and manage security incidents from detection through resolution.
• Monitor and assess the organization’s security posture, identifying weaknesses and recommending improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments, implementing necessary security measures.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to promote and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Stay abreast of the evolving cybersecurity landscape and emerging threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS controls.
• Proficiency with security tools and technologies (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint security).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
