As a Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate, in our Consumer Bank Product Analytics team, you will support our executives in the Consumer Bank by analyzing and creating compelling stories that the firm will use in their conversations with the FDIC.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Translate technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders enabling informed decision-making.
- Develop compelling data visualizations and narratives through Tableau to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Apply agile development principles to adapt quickly to changing requirements and deliver value iteratively.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g., Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field) or equivalent quantitative job experience.
- Proficient in SQL; ability to write queries optimally and familiarity with complex functions
- Experience using Python, R, or similar tools for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and experience building data pipelines.
- Experience in building automated reports and dashboards using Tableau and other similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
