Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a motivated Mid-Level Program Manager Systems Integration (PMSI) Advisor to join our team of technical and business experts providing operational and mission support to a SI/SETA mission.
Our unique team of technical and business disciplines provide operational support for Systems Engineering/Integration, Mission Planning, and Business Operations to multiple functional mission areas. The team is responsible for technical design, operations, and mission planning and business operations for the full life cycle of customer specific operations (from concept through development and installation/O&M).
The Mid-Level Program Manager Systems Integration (PMSI) Advisor will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Supporting front office leadership and the executive officer, assisting with the creation and coordination of briefings, data calls and responding to action items.
- Providing support to customers as needed, assisting with project management.
- Scheduling and coordinating engagements, document management, and distribution.
- Assisting with onboarding as needed.
- Supporting mission integration and coordination with various stakeholders both internal and external to the organization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- An Active/current TS/SCI with an active relevant Polygraph.
- Must possess at least 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of experience with a Master's degree, or 3 years with a Phd.
- Willingness and ability to aggressively learn
- Familiarity with customer's business management tools
- Proactive self-starter, excellent interpersonal and soft skills, curious to learn, willing to speak openly and share ideas, demonstrates initiative, ability to adjust to change and direction, as needed, flexible.
- Prior experience writing official communications, as well as coordinating and documenting planning in official channels.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Power-Point, and MS Project.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with program/project management
- Previous experience directly supporting all levels of customer leadership.
- Desire and ability to work on multiple fast-paced projects.
- Identifying and championing business process improvements.
- Historical and institutional knowledge of the customer mission and programs.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Apply for this role
