About this opportunity
We are looking for an Experienced Project Manager to join One Digital Delivery in our offices in Helsinki, Finland. While we are primarily doing Agile development, we still have a need to run important projects in execution.
Project could be:
- Projects in- and outsourcing business-critical applications
- Managing one-off projects in compliance, development, improvements etc. across the One Digital organisation
- Systemic data analysis to help the organisation understand, improve and develop
Your responsibilities will encompass various activities in the scope of project initiation and deployment of appropriate governance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Scope and plan projects/changes in a self-driven and independent way to maximise return on investment, and ensure ambitious targets and realistic expectations
- Proactively utilize and develop appropriate project solutions/methodologies & consultancy skills to ensure that the strategic targets will be reached by high quality deliverables
- Deliver well-structured, high-quality work through thorough analysis, creative problem-solving, good stakeholder management and strong process facilitation to contribute to overall and long-term stakeholder satisfaction
- Ensure programme plans are developed, signed-off and continually maintained
- Ensure risks and interdependencies are exhaustively identified, reported, owned and managed through to resolution throughout project lifecycle
- Ensure status reports are submitted to senior management on predefined cadence, accurately reflecting project progress
- Develop and deliver robust stakeholder engagement plans in order to establish and maintain strong relationships and clear lines of communication with all participants
- Schedule and lead status meetings, ensuring that all attendees are readily briefed and furnished with appropriate reading material well in advance

- Have excellent stakeholder management skills, are able to navigate and collaborate with all stakeholders at different levels
- Are a self-driven, structured professional with proactive attitude and strong drive, show good judgement and the ability to think ahead
- Have analytical skills and enjoy dealing with ambiguous complex challenges, and can provide structured resolutions
Your experience and competencies:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of work experience in a relevant field
- Previous management consulting experience is an advantage
- Previous experience in programme management activities and a strong delivery approach
- Knowledge and experience within a credit risk function and/or internal risk models
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills at superior level
