Job Description

Creating thoughtful and impactful networks, this role plays a pivotal part in building and crafting our sales efforts in the Group market to align with the Collection’s strategic plan.

• Oversee account and booking goals For Bishop’s Lodge in Santa Fe, New Mexico 
• Organize and schedule direct sales efforts via phone, email and in person. 
• Evaluate and initiate opportunities for developing new sources of business. 
• Plan and execute a 12-month strategic business plan. 
• Execute VIP Sales Site Inspections
• Support and participate in daily business reviews, weekly GRC calls and monthly conference calls with the Area Director of Sales and property specific calls as needed. 
• Accurately maintain and build a database of clients. Responsible for overall accuracy of regional databases. 

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a luxury resort setting.
• Demonstrated record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals in a hotel environment.
• Knowledge of the 4-5 star luxury hotel markets, Spa, food, and wine markets.
• Prior experience selling Auberge Resorts brand or top competitor. 
• Prior experience working with professional organizations that support group business 
• Prior experience working with local businesses and networking organizations
• Prior experience working remotely with proven success is preferred
