Baptist Health is looking for a Materials Operations Lead to join their team in Louisville

The Materials Operations Lead position oversees, as individual contributor, the entire spectrum of materials operations, including requisition, inventory control, distribution, and compliance with industry standards. Plays a critical role in process improvement initiatives, employee and customer training, customer service excellence, and compliance activities. This role works independently within established 
procedures associated with Materials functions and has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to Supply Chain Materials-related processes.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required

• High School/GED

• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma process improvement preferred

• 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare materials environment, preferred

• 3 years’ distribution management experience required
