Job Description:

Our client is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Accountant and Executive Assistant. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our business while providing administrative support to our executive team. This position is ideal for a proactive and organized professional who can multitask effectively and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities: Accountant Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Maintain and manage the financial records of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

  • Budgeting: Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and provide financial reports to support decision-making.

  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file all required tax documents, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.

  • Payroll: Process payroll, including calculations, deductions, and distribution of paychecks or direct deposits.

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide insights to support financial planning.

  • Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate terms, and process invoices and payments in a timely manner.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:      

  • Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the executive team.

  • Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

  • Document Management: Organize and maintain documents, reports, and files to ensure accessibility and confidentiality.

  • Meeting Support: Assist in preparing materials, agendas, and minutes for meetings and presentations.

  • Scheduling: Assist the executive with scheduling, bookings, meeting alignment and project coordination.

  • Special Projects: Support the executive team in various special projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Certified CPA

  • Proven experience in accounting and financial management.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

  •  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QBO).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant and accountant.

  • English Proficiency.

Compensation: 1.5 - 2k monthly. (Full time role)
