Job Description

• Implementation and support of customer projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors in all modules of the SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite.
• Analysis of the customer situation and development of strategies for the implementation and operation of the SuccessFactors solution.
• Support in all project phases - from the first workshops to implementation and support after go-live.
• Independent performance of customer workshops and user trainings.
• Support in presales activities such as conducting system demos or preparing proposals.
• As a Senior Consultant, you will also take on (partial) project management in smaller teams on-site at our customers.

Qualifications

• Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience.
• Successful current certification in at least one of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation  or Learning.
• Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with project management and consulting methods.
• Solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as a convincing appearance.
• Fluent English.
