<h2>About the role</h2>

Reckitt is searching for an SAP Business Process Owner like you; an innovative thinker armed with SAP expertise, ready to redefine efficiency in finance, supply chain, HR, and CRM. <h2>Your responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Ensure financial and operational controls are in place and embedded in the process</li>
<li>Responsible to review, challenge and escalate change for approvals as required</li>
<li>Participate / Lead various Governance meetings</li>
<li>Review local process variations to standard model in alignment with principles defined by the Global Process Owners (GPO) / Controllership</li>
<li>To minimise the number of ‘local’ process exceptions</li>
<li>To drive change management activities required by global finance initiatives</li>
<li>Provide process expertise to project teams regarding process in scope</li>
<li>On-going knowledge transfer into markets (commercials (IMEX) & factories)</li>
<li>Point of escalation for any process related change request from deployment teams</li>
<li>Write, review, and sign off process documentation & SOP’s including country localisations</li>
<li>Work with operating model & controls teams to ensure early identification of country variances to standard processes</li>
<li>Work with country teams to drive the implementation of pre-requisites and alignment to operating model</li>
<li>Support to the Adoption and Continuous Improvement team in training, maintaining Super User communities and developing continuous improvements.</li>
</ul>
<h2>The experience we're looking for</h2>
<ul>
<li>Degree qualified or equivalent</li>
<li>Experience of working in a complex, Matrix organisation with a global scope. FMCG experience desirable but not essential</li>
<li>Previous business/finance experience, 5 + years</li>
<li>Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of End 2 End Controlling processes with working level understanding of R2R and P2P</li>
<li>Demonstrable ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through good communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.</li>
<li>Proven ability to deal with and manage conflict.</li>
<li>Positive & can-do attitude, good team player</li>
<li>Demonstrable ability to manage multiple project/s with inter-dependencies.</li>
<li>Project Management, Six Sigma certifications desirable but not essential.</li>
<li>Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA desirable but not essential (End User or Super User Level)</li>
